RFA App – One of the solutions we have introduced in order to solve such
issues is our new RFA app! The app can be found in the Apple and Google
stores under Reilly Financial Advisors or RFA. This app utilizes your existing RFA
Portal credentials to log into your Portal account at the touch of your fingertips.
The app also can be configured for “Touch” and “Facial Recognition.”

 

In addition to utilizing the app to answer questions you may have, we are able to
communicate with you the way that you want to communicate with us.

The last two items on that list likely sound new to you. And that’s because they are!

Zoom is an online software that hosts video conferences. Their slogan is “Video conferencing that doesn’t suck.” And while harsh, it’s true! We’ve been using Zoom for about a year now and have nothing but great experiences while doing so.

Texting for clients is a very new communication method, and one that many financial services firms are not able to use in a compliant manner. However, through a third-party software we have found a compliant solution. This texting for business solution allows you to communicate with an advisor during normal business hours, when they are in the office and in front of their computer. Of course, remember that texting may not be appropriate for certain financial questions or inquiries and this is a texting for business application rather than a personal cell phone. Please note that for your financial security, we will not be able to accept any financial instructions via text (like move money or trade executions). We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
